You know that is fall when the days start with a mist and the wind commands the day. The leaves fall majestically savoring the last moments of warm.  With that in mind, your body starts to crave warm drinks, blankets, books and Netflix marathons. You observe a slight change in your behavior: more indoor activities, you want to rest and reflect more.
What better way to comfort our interior than with a warm drink? Better, with a healing latte?
That sounds like the perfect way to embrace the cozy vibes of fall! 🍂
A healing latte can be a wonderful companion for those misty mornings and reflective evenings. One popular option is the turmeric latte, also known as “golden milk.” 🫚 Golden milk is a traditional Ayurvedic recipe used to balance all the dosas (aka energies) in the body. It’s not only warm and comforting but also packed with health benefits.
Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, is well-known for its strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
