Lettuce Tuna Wraps
I came up with this recipe in a very hot summer day. It was so hot, the only thing I wanted to do was to drink water. I was dreaming about ice creams (sometimes it's okay :P), but I know that even during hot summer day,s cooling food will harm digestion. So, I decided to use ingredients that help to cool down the body temperature while supporting digestion. Because at the end, everything is all about digestion!
Enjoy it as a light lunch or a light dinner.
