Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp of oats

  • 1 tbsp of brown rice protein powder (protein powder)

  • 1/2 cup of plant-based milk (cashew or almond milk)

  • 2 tbsp of blueberries

  • 1 tbsp of pure cacao nibs

  • 1 tsp of smooth almond butter

  • 1 tsp of pure maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Place the porridge oats, protein powder and milk into a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve topped with fresh blueberries, almond butter, maple syrup and cacao nibs.


Themes and Variations

You can replace the maple syrup for date syrup, agave syrup, brown rice syrup or honey.
