Dandelion “Coffee”
Back in the day, when coffee was scarce, our wise ancestors turned to a delightful alternative: dandelion "coffee". This intriguing brew made its debut in a Harpers New Monthly Magazine story way back in 1886. Unlike regular coffee, dandelion coffee is caffeine-free, and it has a lot of healthful benefits. Imagine sipping on a cup of this herbal delight, crafted from the roasted roots of those sunny yellow dandelions! Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it’s a cozy and nutritious choice. Add your favourite plant-based milk if you’re craving a latte.
