The Beginning …
Hi!
I am beyond excited to be writing my first blog post. Ieiii.
I am finally able to share something that I have been working on for a while, and something that I’ve been imagining even for longer … It all started as a such personal journey (so many paper notes, experimenting, testing with friends and family), yet something that makes more than sense to go online.
My Own True Balance.
This isn’t just another site. I promise!
Let me explain …
There are so many interesting food sites, it’s true, and I am a fan of some of them. Yet, for me they didn’t explored the full spectrum of health. When I first started this journey (read my story here, so you have the full context), I spent hours looking for information on sites, books, videos, etc, that could help me get the answers I was looking for, but none of them offered the explanation that I needed. My goal and purpose was fully different. Slowly, I started to do my own research and take offline notes, studying carefully while applying a critical thinking.
This is the platform that I have always wanted to create, so I could explore my lifelong thesis. I am combining my knowledge in nuclear medicine + biomedical engineering + chinese medicine food therapy + holistic health + a lot of life experience + a lot of other cool skills, in one place.
I’ve learned that everyone’s journey towards achieving balance is different. The balance you seek is unique to you, hence it’s crucial to understand what works for you, at the moment. Because what might actually work for you today, might not be the best option in 6 months. This will be precisely what I will do: create and share resources that you can use daily to achieve your everyday balance, in a clear and practical way.
I want to empower and guide every one in this community to achieve their true balance using holistic nutrition, scientific research and ancient wisdom.
I know, this is just the beginning, and a lot of it is still gaining form and structure.
I believe every small step will contribute to this project gradually take shape, just like a sculpture emerging from raw stone or a melody weaving its way through silence, until we see the final piece.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope to see you here often.
